Register your home for a site report

Registration is free and does not commit you to anything. The first 25 homes to register get their site report free when the service opens at Christmas 2026.

We need the address of the home and four photos: two of the spot where the carport or pergola would go, and two of what is around it. Fields marked * are needed. We work by email only, not by phone, so we do not ask for a number.

Ordinary phone photos are fine, in daylight, taken from your own property. JPEG, PNG, WebP or HEIC, up to 15 MB each. Please leave out people and car number plates.

Stand back so we see where the carport or pergola would go: the driveway or patio, the house wall behind it and the sky above. Take it from the street side or the garden side.

The same spot from another corner, roughly at right angles to the first photo, so we see its depth and the roof line.

From the spot, looking at what is around it: the neighbouring houses, fences and tall trees, most of all to the north.

From the spot, looking the other way: the east or west side, with anything tall that could shade the roof in the morning or the afternoon.

Namindo checks the energy engineering of every report. The drawings are concept drawings with indicative sizes. Before you build, a local registered structural engineer must design and certify the structure and your council or building surveyor must approve it; these are not part of the report. If your local structural engineer marks up the drawings in red, we redraw them to those notes: the first redraw is free, and each further version is A$50.
