Working with us, by email
The site report service runs by email only. We do not take phone calls for it. Every request stays in writing, in order, with the engineer working on your report, and you keep a record of what was asked and what was changed.
One mailbox for everything about your site report. Start every subject line with your registration code, for example NSR-0007. You find the code on your registration page and in your confirmation email.
What to write in the subject line
Your code first, then one of these words. It sends your email straight to the right step.

Emails without a registration code in the subject line take longer, because we have to find your report first. Please send one topic per email.
How the red-pen round works
One design does not fit every home. The red-pen round is where we shape the optimised design to what you want and what your site needs.
- You receive your report
The optimised design for your home, with its drawings and the bill of quantities sheets.
- You mark it up in red
Print the drawings or open them on a tablet. Mark what you want changed: move a post, change the height, keep a tree, turn the roof, add a gutter or a light. Add a short note for anything a drawing cannot show.
- You email it to us
To sitereport@modelphotons.com, subject NSR-0007 Red pen, with the marked drawings attached.
- We revise and reply
We rework the design, check its energy and payback again, and email you the revised drawings and bill of quantities sheets, with a short note of what changed and why.
- More rounds if you need them
The first iteration is free. Each further iteration is A$50. Every round stays on record in the email thread.

What stays local. Namindo checks the energy engineering of every report. The drawings are concept drawings with indicative sizes. Before you build, a local registered structural engineer must design and certify the structure, and your council or building surveyor must approve it. These are not part of the report.
